Gilbert is a Property and Construction professional with a track record of twenty years delivering and managing projects in a Senior Development and Project Management capacity.
Gilbert's corporate experience ranges across the entire development cycle, from project conception through to handover. These skills improve returns and the overall outcome of projects to which he is assigned to. Gilbert focuses on managing project risk, meeting leasing or sale commitments and endorsed plans and driving the Principal Contractor to meet project deliverables in terms of time cost and quality.
For each project Gilbert is involved in, a balance is sought between quality, buildability, design and cashflow.
